"A crisp look into racial injustice" - by SA
I enjoyed it :)
The writing was so good, I could picture each and every scene the author narrated. This book isn't hailed as a classic for nothing.
We get a good look into the lives of children growing up in the 1930s, the prevailing racial attitudes of the deep south of America, drama in the family and the community, the good, the bad and the grey sides of people.
PS. I loved the character of Atticus Finch.

"Prefer different front cover" - by Amazon Customer
As usual awesome narrative by Austen... I would prefer a more vintage picture on the cover that describes that period... rather than a moDel like look of emma on the front cover...!😡 The heroine inside the book doesn't match the cover pic.. may be it gives a sensual appeal by just showing the lips of heroine, but doesn't look at all like Austen's Emma !

"Really Lovely Book -- Glad I purchased it" - by Dreamer (India)
Awesome book by one of my favourite authors "Georgette Heyer" and also my favourite genre -- historical romance. The story is of "Arabella" a Vicar's daughter (from Yorkshire) who is a godchild of a friend of her mother's (who lives in London). They are a large family so Arabella hopes to make a good match in London to help her brothers and sisters get good matches. On the way there where she is invited for the season Arabella bumps into "The Nonpareil" - the most followed hero of the London set who has a vast fortune. She overhears him make a cynical comment about contrived meetings with gold diggers and so she hints to him that she is a heiress. The Nonpareil spreads the word across London! and after much ado he falls for her charming ways hook, line and sinker! The story is so cute and lovely and not ... full review

"... a tale of a young man amidst turmoil of love, hope" - by Buland Akhtar Nawaz
Dubliners is a tale of a young man amidst turmoil of love, hope, spirituality, pain and inner redemption. It is the author's take on the transformation from childhood to adolescence into adulthood. Spun in the background of Irish catholicism and her struggle for freedom metaphorically related with the protagonist's own life.
